  1. Receipt of complaint Received (oral /written).
  2. Forwarding complaint to Anti- ragging Committee.
  3. Conduct of meets by Grievance committee.
  4. Issue notice to concerned parties.
  5. Investigation of Grievance matter by the committee.
  6. Submission of report to Principal by committee.
  7. Action taken by Principal.
  8. Intimation to concerned parties.
